Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was ready early, but noise was an issue. The water pressure was decent, but hot water took a while, and pressure dropped when others used showers. On the plus side, the room had a king bed and a sleeper sofa, which was convenient.

The room was ready ahead of time, but it was noisy. The water pressure was so-so, and it took a few minutes to get hot water. Pressure dropped when others ran showers in nearby rooms. However, having 1 king bed plus a sleeper sofa in the same room was a nice feature.
Service

The staff was very friendly. I felt welcomed, and the team was always attentive. However, there was one incident where the manager wasn't apologetic and blamed a busy rush in the kitchen for the poor service. Overall, the service was good.

The hotel's location was ideal for our Salem weekend. It was perfect for walking around both the historic and downtown sections of Salem. The proximity to the pedistrian mall and other local attractions was a major plus.

The dining experience had its ups and downs. The restaurant was nice, but they were a bit late in opening. On the bright side, the Regatta pub provided an excellent spot for unwinding after a day of activities. Fresh orange juice was a delightful touch.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and convenience. The room was clean and extremely comfortable, but the view was not as expected. The service was good, although housekeeping was a bit late. The location was fantastic for exploring the town and nearby attractions. The dining experience was average with only limited options available. Overall, a decent stay with a few minor drawbacks.

The hotel was nice, but the rooms were dark and somewhat depressing compared to other inns I've stayed in. It would be helpful if the rooms had a microwave and refrigerator. Unfortunately, cleanliness was lacking, with hairs found in the bathroom and bed. The foyer needs a complete makeover. The staff at the bar and restaurant could improve their attitude and customer service. Overall, it was not a great experience for the price paid.

The rooms were nice but a bit dark, which was a bit depressing after staying at typical inns. It would be great if they included a microwave and refrigerator.
Service

The service was a mixed bag. While the staff in the room was great, the service at breakfast was extremely rude and they didn't allow my service dog to accompany me to the room.

The location was convenient, within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. However, the tub/shower condition and the warmth in the restaurant for dining were drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms overlooked an alley, which was noisy in the mornings, and lacked basic amenities like a microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom needed updating, especially considering the high price I paid for one night without breakfast. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and very helpful, offering various services. The location was convenient for walking to many sites in Salem, but not particularly close to the main tourist area. Although the hotel had dining options, I found the breakfast limited for the price paid.

The hotel offers decent rooms, though the temperature control was an issue and some noise from neighboring units could be heard; however, the rooms were clean and of good size. The service was a bit mixed, with some staff being very helpful while others seemed distracted. The location is convenient for accessing major attractions but had some noise disruptions early in the morning. The dining experience was enjoyable overall. The facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel is ideally positioned for visiting historic sites and taking trolley tours. It's centrally located, making it easy to walk to local shops, attractions, and restaurants. There was easy access to Salem's October activities, although the view was facing an alley where supply trucks delivered.
